Do you leave the chiller alone while trying to cool your wort or do you aggetate it to speed up the chilling process?

Does anyone experience the the rubber o-rings pinching when you tighten the thermo well?

What did you use to attach the insulation? Thanks...

I just ran out of CO2 while checking how much beer I have left in one of my kegs. I was not able to apply pressure back to the keg before I ran out of CO2. I won't be able to replace the CO2 until tomorrow. Will the beer still be ok once I apply pressure to it tomorrow? About 24 hours...
