    Morebeer's World's End Lager. Not a bad beer but it has taken a while for apple fruitiness of the WLP840 to fade. Next time I'll try a differnt Yeast.

    Very nice looking beer!! If I were the judge it would score high. Looks like a little Cara Munich or Cara Aroma malt was used to achieve that red color.

    First brew, first question, yeast related

    This depends on what your starting gravity will be. If your starting gravity is going to be in the 1050 range I'd use 2 viles.

    This beer came out great for me just the way I posted the recipe. But feel free to post your changes. Who knows you may make it even better. I say those interested give it a try the way I made it first, Then feel free to experiment with your own version. let us know how it comes out. :) Tim
