I just transferred a s’mores Stout to a third fermentation. I roasted 35 marshmallows on the broil setting on the oven and have added them as well. Right now my specific gravity is 1.022. Starting gravity was 1.067..
How long should I leave the marshmallows with the beer before kegging or bottling?
I would like to make a S'mores flavored home brew to enjoy around the fire this winter. Does anyone have an extract recipe? I have seen all-grain recipes, but I am not set up for that.

I made my whiskey barrel stout. And I'm going to add the wood chips to the secondary. I started soaking the wood chips and Makers Mark whiskey last night in a mason jar.

I was going to change this beer from the secondary to my keg today, and this what I saw when I opened the bucket.... White spots floating on the surface.
Is this mold?
In 7 years of brewing I have never come across this.
Can this beer be saved??
