I want to try a Vienna SMaSH for my first AG try. I was wanting to know a couple things. First how many lbs. Of grain and what kind of hops would be a good choice? Also what temp to mash at? Thanks

I have got a quick question..I kegged my beer sunday going to use the set and forget method. I have got set to 12 psi and noticed my gague on tank dropping some each day, now it is about out of CO2. Its a 5 # tank.. Any thoughts.. Or am I just worrying for no reason.. I don't hear any gas...

No I can not.. they did say it had all the disconnects.. but I have never done kegging before so I don't know anything about it.

Tasted my first bottle the other night and all I can say is it is awesome!!!!!! I am glad I made 10 gal.

I bottled mine over the weekend and it is very dry,........ but I like it!! Going to let my 2nd gal. age a bit and see which one I like better..

mine stayed at 1.010 for 4 days so I bottled I used 5 oz of corn sugar does that sound good for 5 gals. Thanks

I had the exact problem with mine... I repitched us-05 and it worked great.
