    Hello all.

    I've been brewing about a year. My go-to beers are dark. Simple set up. DigiBoil 9 gal. Done BiAB, extract, and all grain. I also bottle prime and would love to discus that if anyone else does that.

    Not so. . I’ve done both BIAB and all grain it. Make a stand-off grate about an inch from the bottom. Dollar tree has a rack you can cut with side cutters. Or hang you bag from the sides with binder clips. The temp control is not dependable but a hand held or remote controller work fine . I...
