I mixed it up a bit too. I went with a 6 gallon carboy, obviously increased the apple juice content, but along with the dextrose added 2lbs of light brown sugar. Will post how it turns out!
If you want to bottle and carbonate, ¾ cup of corn sugar will work fine. Use as you would carbonate a batch of beer.

what exactly do the raisins do for the wine? im new to this and taking it all in and have seen the raisin additive in a few places, but havent seen much of an explanation. thanks!
