What's the worst craft brew (commercial) you've had?

You win. Might as well lock the thread now.

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

I had similar problems with the web pages not loading but the device being accessible otherwise. It turned out to be a poor solder point on one of the sensors initially and then an underpowered bus for my sensors. I was using 1a total for everything which just wasn't enough. Using a 2a power...

    LHBS in Columbus?

I just saw Neal house's system posted in the classifieds on probrewer a couple of days ago. I didn't know if they were closing or moving up. I'm a little sad they closed since I'm not a huge fan of CBC or Barley's and Elevator can be a little hit or miss.

I've also loaded up the new files and everything seems to be working well. I've noticed a change in the behavior of the teensy LED with this update - it's now constantly solid. Is that by design or should I reflash? I've rebooted it a couple of times without any change but everything...

    LHBS in Columbus?

Unfortunately none of them are anything special. There are 3 I know of. Neal House is on the east side and is a brewery that sells a limited assortment of ingredients for like 8 hours a week. Nice guys but limited selection and their hours are limited. The winemakers shop in clintonville...

What's the worst craft brew (commercial) you've had?

I don't know if they still do this but bells used to make special one off batches at certain milestones. Their batch 5000 may actually be the worst beer I've ever had. It was an undrinkable raunchbier. I drank one every year or two and it hasn't improved any by the time I finished the 6 pack 6-8...

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

I checked all my solder points and cleaned up a few but it didn't fix the problem. What did fix the problem was switching to the pid ino.

What's the worst craft brew (commercial) you've had?

You either had a bad bottle or you're trolling. Anchor porter is a fantastic robust porter. The worst I've ever had was wolf creek brewery's stout. Holy diacetyl...

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

I checked all my solder points and checked voltages across the buses with my multimeter. 3v3 to ground is 3.3v 5v to ground is 5v Data to ground is around 1.1v 3v3 to data is 2.2v My buses are consistent. When I scan for new devices with a sensor connected the teensy led stops blinking...

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

The relay seems to work fine off of the pi 5v. The problem I seem to be having is that the teensy crashes whenever I tell it to scan for new devices with a sensor attached.

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

Answering my own question. I tested a 2a adapter with the same result. Teensy still seems to crash once I add a sensor

    TeensyPi Networked Temperature Controller

I've run into an issue and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Everything is up and running more or less. I've built a bus on stripboard and connected all the switches to a relay. All 8 work flawlessly. I've connected 5 sensors which seem to work fine. I've unfortunately never been able to...

    Columbus, oh

Disagree on barleys. And the best brisket in town is ray ray's.

    Columbus, oh

The highest recommendation I have is to go to jeni's ice cream. Betty's and dirty franks are great restaurants with good beer lists. The old bag of nails is a chain of pubs with great pub grub and good beer lists. Those are the other things that come to mind.
