Hi, Having some issues getting an accurate reading on my dial thermometer on my 20 gallon mega pot mash tun. Issue has been present since brewing on my new setup the past two brews. The thermometer seems to get "stuck" at a temperature. I am using direct fire setup and stirring very well...

That is true, I guess the main reason I wanted it to be gravity fed from HLT to Mash tun was to fly sparge more easily.
