- Making Alcohol has been in the family for many centuries. I'm just carrying on the family art of creation and consumption! I've been at it now over eight years. Dad used to and various others on both sides of my family throughout the years. I've worked with all extract, partial extracts/grains and all grains, 5, 10 and 15 gal. batches, I've made wine, mead and assisted in the manufacture of hard stuff as well. I love it all.
