    Dry hopping timing: before or after vacation?

    It's not going to hurt to ferment longer. I'd do it after. I have dry hopped for 2 weeks and it was fine but why not let it ferment. Don't rush it. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Witte beer and step mashing
