    Mangrove Cider question

    Hello, I have a question about a Mangrove Cider kit I just bought. In the kit it says you should use a carbonation tablet. I usually add a cup and a half for carbonation of my 23L batch of beer. Would that be ok to use in the cider kit or would that make the cider sweet? Thanks

    Low Starting Sg. for a Cab?

    Hello everyone, recently I bought a Fontana International Cabernet Sauvignon and took a starting Sg. It was 1.080-1.085. If I let all the sugars ferment it would create a 12.5%. Isnt that a bit low for a Cab? Cabs I drink are 13-14%. Any feedback is appreciated Thanks :mug:
