I made my first bstch if IPA ftom a kit. I fermented it for two weeks . I had problems racking and bottling but I got it done. Its been a week and a half in bottles is it to early to open one up and try one? Also I am not sure if it is so carbonated is there a way to carbonate it so it doesnt go...

brewed my first ipa I got it all into bottles but I had the toughest time transfering from bucket to bucket. Is there a video that can show me how? Also. I put the sugar in warm water then put it in the bottling bucket us that a goid way or is there a better way?

Its been fermented for two weeks tommrow. So I am transfering it to bottles tommrow
