i really want to have it hooked to the mill by direct drive shaft so if i wanted to use a motor with a large rpm such as this would i have to use a gear reducer if i don't want to use pulleys and a belt

Ive searched for the 105.7 rpm 115 vac general electric gearmotor that everyone uses and the 177rpm one also and i cant find them anywhere i was looking at surplus center and found a small motor like them but its rpm is massively higher like 743 rpm. Heres a link to it...

Hey just another cry for help with a logo. If anyone can help its much appreciated. Im trying to get the main logo in the middle inside a black circle with red trim with MacQueen on top of it and brewing company split on both sides of the buckle. Ive tried it on gimpshop but i just get confused...
