Hi the wild blackberrys around my way have started to ripen and im thinking of making some wine with them.
I have made cider once before with local apples and i've made larger from a kit.
But i have never made wine.
So dose anyone have a recipe and method for blackberry wine?

Hello again i started brewing a batch of cider about 2 weeks ago which i made with pressed apples and wild yeasts.
When do you guys think it will be ready for bottling, and what sort of SG am i looking for.

Hi im trying to make some hard cider with apples from my garden.
I have just finished pressing the Apples i have 8 litres of juice.
i'm told by a freind there is no need to add sugar or yeast as there is natural yeast on the skin of the Apple, and sugar in the fruit is this true.
