I use a combination of the brew hauler and the neck handle. Works great. I use the brew hauler for moving the carboy, and the neck handle more when I'm cleaning.
I was curious about cleaning the wort chiller also, glad I found this thread. Soaking the wort chiller in a star stan solution for just a few minutes cleaned that copper right up! Nice too because I don't have to scrub anything.
I don't have the instructions for my AHS Honey Blonde Ale kit. I'm not sure if I lost it or it didn't come with it. Either way I'm blaming my wife. haha
It's a liquid extract kit with the mini mash malt/barley. My question is the hops addition. It came with 1 oz Amarillo hops (8.2aa)...
Just brewed my first batch of Canadian Ale a few weeks ago. I'm doing a Texas Blonde Ale tomorrow. I think I know just enough to be dangerous now.
