I had a honey wheat last year, that didn't have much if any honey flavor after fermenting. I did this little procedure and added to the keg, gave it a few inverted shakes, once the lid was on, just to mix it. This gave the honey flavor I was looking for.

My house beer is my Serenity Amber Ale.
I've never actually made it the same way twice, but am always tweaking around the same base recipe. It's my favorite along with some family and friends, so I always have a back up keg prepared.
I had to work out in Nebraska this week. While waiting for my flight out of Lincoln, I tried a couple of beers from Empyrean Brewing.
Their Third Stone brown ale was a very good beer.
Then I tried their Dark Side Vanilla Porter....WOW!

I tapped an APA last night, that I used Nelson Sauvin for the late additions. I'd never used it before. Let me say that the aroma and fruitiness of this hop is awesome. I can't wait to incorporate it into some of my other brews.

I brew 5.5 gallon batches so I can be sure I am moving clear beer into the keg and have it full.
I use an auto-siphon, the bottom of it makes a nice "siphon pool" in the trub bed, as the siphon starts. I'll waste a little less than a quart until it's clear for a bit, then into the keg.
