The Auber EZ boil has a dial to do just that and it is awesome. You could easily swap out your existing PID for one of those in your panel.

SOLD I have 2 chugger pump Stainless heads with center inlet. These are brand new never used. I ended up selling the system and the pumps along with it. I had to buy whole new pumps and don't have a need for these now. Asking $50 shipped for each.
