    Should I be worried?

I wouldn't be able to get to the store till Monday. I've been wanting to get a stir plate and flask for a while, they are cheap so I think I'll pull the trigger next payday

    Should I be worried?

I've got my fridge set at 17.5C. So you're saying I should wait a little while longer before pitching more?

    Should I be worried?

The OG was 1.062 and the pack was fairly new but I don't know the date. The homebrew shop is good at keeping stuff fresh and it was bought the week before brew day. It was stored in the fridge as soon as I got home. I'm going to be looking at getting a stir plate to make starters but I don't...

    Should I be worried?

By 0 activity, I can't really see the sides as it's in a chest freezer but there is no Krausen forming at all.

    Should I be worried?

So I made an Oatmeal Stout and pitched Wyeast 1335, when I smacked the smack pack I guess I hit it harder that anticipated and it popped a little hole in the package. Anyway, I taped it up hoping that would be ok but it didn't puff up like normal. At the end of brew day I pitched into my carboy...

This was also my first beer using a fermentation chamber (small bar fridge with an inkbird temp controller) I'd like to think this made a...

What I did for beer today

Well, a day late but Brewed my first Hefeweizen, looks good. Overshot my numbers by a little and collected an extra 2L of wort... Should be good though, trying to control ferm temps with a wet towel and a fan. We'll see how it turns out in about 3 weeks to a month!

    MO/Cascade Smash help

So I stirred while bumping up to mash out temp and I squeezed like crazy. I had my brew house efficiency set to 65% and I pretty much hit my OG. I was aiming for 1.059 and I got 1.058.
