Two Sailors Brewing in New Zealand and most proud of scoring a BHCP 43/50 in a SMaSH competition, coming in second only by the shootout tasting round (even though we scored 2 pts higher).

Home Brewing Biography
Partial Extract brewer for 2-3 years with my Dad in the US as we tried to get it all down to exact repeatable processes. Have since moved on to All Grain with my mate as Two Sailors Brewing in New Zealand. Have since scored a BHCP 43/50 on a SMaSH competition, coming in second only by the shootout tasting round (even though we scored 2 pts higher)
