    Question about force carbing at high temperatures

    I've got a similar situation here. Not 85 degrees, but around 70. i'm conditioning my pale ale in the keg (new to legging) for 30 days. Two questions, I assume that I'm supposed to carbonate right after fermentation (so the beer is carbonated / being carbonated while conditioning/aging)...
