I figured that out after i posted it but was also thinking blending the brett and England Microflora one anyway like maybe half and half blend then bottle the rest straight and the WLP655 straight aswell.
As the title says ive brewed an oud bruin in mid april this year shall i age it to april next year and then bottle and how much shall i prime it with aswell or can i not prime it and age for another say 6 months?

As the title says or do i have to get a 1 gallon glass jar as i understand you cant use metal or plastic as it will leach weird flavours or can i use a cooking dish made of clay you know like a deep pie dish?
as the title says i trie to get wild yeast from grains after seeing it on brewingtv seeme to ferment out really well my only problem is that is smells like rotting corpses would i be able to save or will i just sink the whole lot?
