I brew 2.75g BIAB batches in a 5 gallon kettle, Ferment in 3 gallon glass carboys in a chest freezer with a Johnson temp controller and keg in these nifty 3 gallon pin lock kegs I have. Perfect size brewery for an apartment.
I ended up adding campden and kegging this a week later, been on gas for 7 days now 7 weeks old and tasting great already! Definitely one of the best ciders I have made. Thanks for sharing this recipe it encouraged me to try new things!
Ive brewed this recipe 4 times now in the past 2 years and would like to say thank you to skeezer for posting it, having had the real thing at the pub and in bottles I can say it is very close, Zombie Dust is very hard to find even living less then a couple hours drive from FFF.
I started this two weeks ago with 2.5 g AJ and 1 lb Corn sugar - s04 yeast dry and have fermented at 62 degrees since, still airlock movement and test reveal 1.003 taste is of flat Apple. I have allowed the temp to rise the last 8 hours and still have fermentation happening.

I used Lavender for the Brooklyn Brewery "Lady Lavender" Recipe. It's a Belgian of some sort... It wasn't my favorite, but my wife and a few other friends liked it.
I read that again and noticed it was in the Kombucha forum, in that case I started to build a Kombucha mother about 2 weeks ago...
I just made some for the first time 2 weeks ago, I let it sit on the counter in my kitchen around 70°F for a week then put it into quart jars and into the fridge I mixed some with caraway seeds I just used one jar yesterday with some pork ribs in a crock pot all day, YUM!
