I purchased two red "Carbonators" that simply don't work properly. They leak C02, the valve is impossible to move, and the fit with the CO2 connector is poor. My friend has two blue "Carbonators" that worked perfectly with the bottles I had. Must be a defect. Anybody else run into this issue?

Finally found the timer embedded in the recipe portion of the software.

I am lining up an equipment list for an all grain brewing setup. I want to brew 5 gallon batches. If I purchase a 5 gallon water cooler mash tun vs a 10 gallon model will it really limit my ability to brew beers with higher original specific gravities such as Belgium Trippels and Imperial IPAs?
