This is the reason i always keep some carb drops on hand... Good in a pinch if you have to bottle a few bombers.

I bought caps for twistys. I use a bench capper and have not had a problem yet. I use twistys for my give aways that i would most likley get the bottle back.

Google bottle waxing, you should find an article where a guy used crayons and glue sticks. I don't remember ratios off the top of my head, but i tried it and it worked great

I hate bottling. I keg 3 out of every 4 beers. I leave bottling for the beers that need to mature, but i generally go from boil to drinking from keg in about 3 weeks. Mostly ipas here, cheers.

I fill the pot with luke warm water. Toss the grains in, in a bag of course. Bring up to 155/160 put the lid on and wrap it in a towel to keep temp (flame out). At this time i go fire the banjo burner outside and my 5 gallons are at boil in 30 min. I then add the extract from steeping...
