    I think you will be ok at 2 weeks total dry hop time at room temperature but if you want to play it safe, cold crash it.

    Are you sure they are on different circuits? On the occasion where "both" circuits tripped, did you have to reset 2 different breakers in your panel?

    The airlock bubbling doesn't necessarily mean that the beer is still fermenting. The temperature could be changing, CO2 could be coming out of solution, etc. If your sample in 3 days is the same, you are safe to bottle.

    Wow! Good luck! I started by making proven recipes to refine the process. Then once I got my process down I started experimenting with my own recipes. It made it easier to differentiate between process flaws and recipe flaws. You are quite ambitious. Again, good luck and have fun.
