Beer likes: Beer-flavored beer, Saisons/farmhouse, Wits, Trippels, Pale Ales, Irish Stouts, Helles Lagers, Wild/Bretted beers, and mixed-fermentation aged sours
Dislikes: Beers with haze (few exceptions), under-attenuation, over-bittering, lactose, vanilla, ice-cream, most IPAs, sweet beers, over-priced kettle sours
