I was looking for the same thing and I found this recipe. Hope to start it real soon but with frozen apples I have in the freezer. Here it is: 4 lbs. Carmelized Sugar 1 lb. So I am very, very new to beer making. In fact I just picked up my first kit on yesterday and haven't even looked at it yet. Is infections common in beer making and with those that is made from scratch or can kits become infected too?- deniseh
