yeah, I wanted to actually get decent pics for my non-infection thread.. gotta break some traditions I suppose. I live in an old apartment that has two california coolers. They're entirely separated from light, and pitch black inside, with a nice draft from the basement to keep them cold...

This is my fifth batch, but only the first time I've seen this behavior before. This is also the first one I've done outside the safety net of a "kit". Also my first time using a liquid yeast (White labs San Francisco Lager I believe). Everything went flawless and all of my equipment sat...
