I just did an extract wipa for my last brew. I was trying recreate the Lost coast brewery Sharkinator white IPA. It's basically a Belgian wit hopped up with tons of juicy citrusy/fruity American hops. My recipe was as follows.

Did some digging and found out that Lost coast brewery basically does their flagship wit with a substantial dry hopping. I also talked the lhbs and refined my recipe to as follows
6# Belgian pils
2# Torrified Wheat
3# Bavarian wheat DME @ 15min
.5 oz bitter orange peel @ 5min
.5 oz coriander...
I should have expressed that the yeast along with the bitter orange peel and coriander are the main variables in question. I picked up the wb-06 because I was told it was a wit beer strain. I am not restricted to dry yeast just wanted to use what I have. My last brew was an attempt at this but...
Yeah I too am partial to IPAs but do not care for hefe's. I am basically trying to replicate Lost Coast Brewerys Sharkinator white IPA. It's a wit but hopped up with American hops. I say replicate because "my" version has a little more ibu and abv.
