I was thinking the same thing, because i want to start brewing some stouts for next winter. I have heard they take a while to hit their peak.

I just have a simple question...I can buy this book on amazon for .75 cents(used), but i can get the 3rd edition for $9(used). Is there really enough differance to pay the extra cost? I have heard a lot of good things about this book and don't want to pay the extra cost if it's not worth it...

Roggae, I just brewed a Belgin Wit and crushed the corriander by putting the seeds in a ziplock bag and pounded them with a meat tenderizer. That was pretty easy and worked well for me.
