I am fairly new to brewing and did my first batch the first of september 08 . The internet (youtube , brew supply store websites , HBT , and others) lead to my education two weeks prior . My first batch was a True Brew Kit Nut Brown Ale and the bug bit me. Like most things in my life I cannot wade into the water I have to dive in head first.I did four extract kits and yearned to do all grain batches. Now four months after and 80 Gallons later had a quest to do my own recipe ale. I started 09 with my own brew recipe and I'm moving into new adventures and hope I can share in the joy of brewing with others. CHEERS
