- I'm a beginner. I like Moscato's and Sweet Red wines. While playing on Youtube I came across at video by a gentleman named PawPaw who just used a 2 qt container of 100% juice, sugar, and bread yeast to make a 2qt container of wine.I decided to try and it turned out drinkable, so I decided to move to bigger better wines with nicer equipment.
