    Secondary fermenter

    Hello all armature brewer here working on a second batch. I'm following a recipient that requires a secondary fermentation and I was wondering when I transfer my beer into a secondary do I transfer the whole thing or leave the sediment? Thanks in advance !

    Bucket question

    Just another quick beginner question. Do I need a food grade bucket as a sanitation bucket ?

    Fermentation in closet ?

    The directions for the fermentation said to keep it between 65-70 f I know mine is a bit hight 72 right now will it still be ok ?

    This is my biggest concern it's the coolest part of my place I would say constant 70 - 75 degrees F

    Water ??

    New brewer here and just a quick question about water I haven't seen or read anywhere what time of water to use for brewing using tap water doesn't seem right to me. Should I use distilled water ? Or spring ? Thank you in advance for any advise
