    How many bubbles should there be?

    I just finished fermenting my first gallon of cider, and for the first couple days I had next to no activity, but by days 5-7 it was going nuts (at its peak about two bubbles per second, for a single gallon). I'd just give it time before worrying about what's normal - I had tons of questions...

    Hello from Minneapolis

    I've never brewed anything before, but after pressing some 25 gallons of cider with friends and family, I decided to take a crack at making hard cider. I found this forum while looking for information. What a great place!
