Yeah, and there is trub all around the side of the bucket about two inches above the water lever.

This is my third brew. My first came out excellent. Question is, I never really noticed much bubbling in the airlock this time but measured the final gravity 3 days later and got a reading of 1.01 which is about where it is supposed to be. Does this mean that it fermented?

I would really like to start homebrewing and have all the equipment to do so. I am moving into an apartment though and was wondering if there is any reason I shouldn't or couldn't homebrew.
