    That's what I have with high AA. I was going to go with just warrior but don't have enough. I noticed that a lot of people tend to use Centennial for RIS so thought, "why not"?

    Ok. First guess here. 2 row (maybe Maris Otter instead?) Crystal 40-60 Roasted barley? Honey malt? Chocolate malt Cascade hops Some English ale yeast that provides some fruity esters Oak chips (I read somewhere that they use American, Hungarian, and French oak) Thoughts?
