    Not yet, on Saturday. Atm I have my first liquid yeast starter on the stirrer with London Ale from Wyeast. But it doesn't show any activity yet. We will see. On Saturday it will be an Imperial Stout and an IPA

    For example if you use citric acid for fermentation of some fruits for spirit the mash pH can increase again. Lactic is more stable. I never used them for beer mash but in fruit fermentation
