    Why would SS recommend only an air dry at that concentration? also seems like a massive waste of starsan... in order to passivate a 17 gallon chronical, you'd need 17 OZ!! of straight starsan... joizus...

    I've used a product called "Polyclar" in the secondary which made VERY clear beer quite quickly.... ****ty stuff to work with though as it's insoluble and very powdery/dusty and gets everywhere, just from opening the bag.

    Yep, I got that too... but the 20Litres I kegged has turned out FANTASTIC... very good beer :)

    I'm gonna give this a crack tomorrow.... anything I should be aware of? I've made a 1ltr starter out of one packet of US05, and I will pitch that, along with another whole pack of US05... hopefully that gives me the attenuation I need.
