Recently started fermenting my first lager in the garage. During this time of year in Texas temps can get up to 75 degrees during the day and around 50 degrees during night time. Is this temperature fluctuation going to ruin the beer?
I am currently fermenting my lager in the garage. Down here in texas it can get up to 75 degrees in the daytime and around 50 degrees at night. Is this temperature fluctuation going to affect the final product?
I was trying to get more familar with multi-infusion mashing and was wondering if after every infusion you need to drain your mash tun or just drain after final infusion?
