    Aerated wort?

    Drink it quickly and hopefully you won't notice! Seriously, though, in 4 years of brewing I've stuffed up many times, but the only time it truly ruined my beer was when I accidentally used an un-sanitized siphon to get wort out of the boiler. You'll be amazed with what you can get away with.

    I think u are right to move it. Typically you want to start fermentation at around 70 and then lower the temperature once it gets going

    Beginner Explosion

    You can brew with an open ferment. No airlock/lid. If your yeast are cracking in with the job, you have nothing to worry about. Making beer is a lot easier than a lot of people make it out to be. Relax and enjoy the experience

    Citra Hop Burst IPA Recipe Up For Review

    Looks complicated with so many additions. Could probably go for some 60 minute hops to to reduce the total amount of hops used. I don't really see the point in having six hop additions from 25 min. Late hops are great, but they have worked best for me at the 5 - 0 minute range. YMMV
