    Cleaning bottles in the dishwasher?

    Best part about it is once the bottle are sanitized you can put your bottling bucket right above the dishwasher, open the washer door and then pull the bottles out and bottle right there. Any spillage drops right on to the door and its easy cleanup!

    Have had this bottled for a few weeks now. Tastes great! A nice hint of strawberry but not overpowering or tart at all. Will absolutely brew some more of this again.

    Re-using steeping grains

    That is a great idea, I never knew you could use spent grains like that. I steeped them anyway, if anything it seems to add a bit of color to the brew. Next time I will definitely make some corn bread.

    Has anyone re-used their grains? I just made a 5 gallon batch and had a couple of odd and end ingredients lying around I figured I could toss them in to a 2.5 gallon batch and then re-use the leftover grains I steeped in the previous batch.
