Just wanted to share an interesting experience I've had with my latest batch of cider. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
I picked up about 5.5 gallons of blended (honey crisp, pink lady, and a third apple I can't remember) cider from a local hard cider producer...
I am making a single-hop Mosaic IPA (extract with specialty steeping grains). Here are some basic details:
Original Gravity: about 1.060
Yeast: White Labs California Ale Yeast (WLP001) harvested from a previous batch of Imperial IPA
Primary Fermentation: 2/1/2015 2/16/2015 (about 2...
