I use a 15.5 gal sanke keg as a primary fermenter. I use a carboy brush and bleach solution, soak for couple of hours and drain. Rinse with hot water and soak overnight with BTF. All seems to be clean. Is there a better way??
7 Lbs Lme- 1lbs crystal .25 roasted barley. 1oz goldings-60 min. 1oz goldings 2min till flame out. Irish moss- late malt extract edition half in the start nad half 15 min till the end of boil. Ale yeast of your choice. (wlp001-Pac-man).I hope this helps.

I cant seem to find it in the two local HB shops. Has anyone cultured this yeast from a bottle of beer??? I dont see any yeast in the bottom of a bottle, does this mean there are no yeasties????????Have some time, dont want to wast it, HELP!!!
