Just racked a saison but i have roughly a gallon left over. I put the extra into a 1 gallon glass carboy that i used for the starter. I kind of want to throw a little dry hop in there but i'm not sure. It's FG is roughly 1.004.
It currently is a yeast forward beer at about 18 IBU's and 1.004...
I've got a saison that stalled out i think. Hard to say though, could've been my mash temp because i added a us-05 starter that didn't do a damn thing. Actually it had to be mash temp. Amylased it so now it's dropping slowly but surely. I thought it'd be done a week ago and it's all I got going...
