    I do think it's a Vienna lager. Their flagship beer is golden in color - not dark at all. But, oh....the taste!

    Pappy`s Pub Cider - Award Winner!

    I started my first batch 2 weeks ago. We cut it down to 3 gallons and will do in 3 one gallon secondary fermenters. I plan on letting one go as is, mix one with a brown sugar simple syrup, and the last with whatever fresh fruit i can get my hands on and puree. This is going to be fun! Thanks...
