I just went through this with a Pliny the Elder Clone. I had a large amount of hops still floating on the top after the dry hopping. I put a small clean hop bag at the end of the racking tube in my bottle bucket when I racked it off to catch any remnants from the secondary. Worked like a charm.
Just a quick update, no issues with the beer at all. Two weeks in the bottle now and tastes pretty awesome. Thanks everyone for the help. Two Hearted IPA clone from toronto brewing.ca, can't go wrong!

No smell. I did a taste test and it tastes actually pretty good. Exactly as I would expect. I'm pretty meniachal about sanitization and it's only been moved once between primary and secondary so wondering if it's the after effect of the gelatin.
