My process has always been (although very limited) primary fermentation only. I have only 2 containers: primary plastic tub and bottling tub (both made by true brew).

Tiger Piss Brewery. I love the LSU Tigers and have a group of friends that come over to watch (and drink of course) football, basketball, baseball, field hockey, ping pong, whatever sport is in season at LSU at the time.
Here's my first noobie question. What is the correlation between Alpha Acid Units and International Bittering Units? Is there a conversion chart?
My recipe (my first brew, of course) has AAU's equaling 5.5. It seems most of the literature and forums seem to mention IBU's.
