    New to kegging

Hello fellow brewers, I am new to kegging, I have purchased a draft brewer 2 keg system and built my own keezer. I have done a lot of reading, but not sure about priming sugar. Nothing states with certainty for when kegging if you still need to mix and add the priming sugar prior to transfer...

looking for a good clone recipe or kit

I have been asked by family members to brew a light/ straw color beer for them to try. Suggestions where something alone the lines of Coors, Michelob, or even Bud, maybe close to the flavor of the light versions. I have been skeptical, cause I've enjoyed brewing the other more tasty wheat and...

    Water usage? Spring vs. Distilled

Thank you all for your feedback. I did figure that my bottled spring water is fine for my extracts now, was wondering for later when I start all grain, so looks like if I'm still on city water then I will go with distilled or the filtered drinking water from the machines. I appreciate the...

I agree, I had one batch going and could not wait to get another one in the kettle. Just not enough room to expand much yet. So I have to settle for one batch in bottles and another in the bucket. Good Brewing!

New home Brewer, New England area

Thank you, I feel it is already an obsession. I have made my own wort chiller and mash ton. The mash ton I probably wont be using for awhile yet, until I get set up better for all grain. I have even messed around and designed my own labels and caps for the bottles. This is very addictive but I...

New home Brewer, New England area

Hello All, I'm new to Home brewing. Been looking into it for a long time, and believe it or not, it was suggested by my wife. I started in March and I have my second batch in the fermenter now. My first batch was an American Amber, and it will be ready to drink for Easter!! It tasted great...
