    Lactobacillus Brevis when brewing soda.

    So I know that one of the main bacteria used in a soda made using Ginger Bug is Lactobacillus so I was wondering if adding something like White Labs 672 Lactobacillus Brevis to my fermentation would work to impart some interesting flavor to any soda that I make using this method. What do you think?
