Hey AkTom, It drains through that 1/2" silicone hose into a 1 gallon container with screw-top lid I drilled a hole and attached a 1/2" grommet and pushed a 1/2" stainless barbed piece in from inside to keep it sealed. It fits nicely between two kegs.

The tower is setup as a glycol-chilled tower. It already has the piping in place and running around the short faucet shank to keep the wjole tower cooled. Not all towers are setup for glycoln but often have that option when purchasing. The wood collar being made of 2x6s is under a 3/4" oak...

The tower has glycol lines running through it. I put a fairly thick adhesive foam seal around the top of the freezer for the wood to sit on.
